This Refund, Return & Shipping Policy explains our approach to returns, refunds, replacements, and shipping. Please read this carefully before making a purchase, as placing an order signifies your acceptance of this Policy in full.

2. Limited-Edition & Handmade Products
At HO Kutch, we do not mass-produce our products. Each item is thoughtfully created in small batches by skilled artisans using traditional methods passed down through generations. This means:

Limited Quantities: Once a product is sold out, it may not be restocked.

Unique Variations: Each piece is unique. Minor differences in color, weave, embroidery, pattern, or finish are natural and celebrated as hallmarks of genuine handmade craftsmanship.

These slight variations are not considered defects and therefore do not qualify for a return, refund, or replacement.

3. No Return & No Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the exclusive, limited-edition, and handcrafted nature of our products, HO Kutch does not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances, except for the specific case of damage during transit.

4. Damaged Products & Replacement Policy
While we take great care in packaging every order securely, rare incidents of transit damage may occur. In such a situation, you may be eligible for a replacement, but not a refund.

Eligibility for Replacement:

The damage must have occurred during shipping.

Claims for damaged items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

What Does Not Qualify as Damage:

Minor variations in design, color, or finish due to the handmade process.

Natural characteristics such as slight irregularities in stitching or weaving.

Damage due to mishandling by the customer after delivery.

5. How to Report a Damaged Product
To report damage and request a replacement:

Contact Us Promptly: Email connect@hokutch.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Include Details: Provide your order number, clear photographs of the damaged item, and images of the outer packaging showing any signs of tampering or mishandling.

Await Review: Our team will assess your claim and notify you within 5 business days whether your request has been approved.

6. Replacement Process
If your claim is approved:

We will replace your damaged item with the same product, subject to availability.

If the same item is no longer available due to its limited-edition nature, we may offer you an alternative item of equal value.

No cash refunds or credit will be issued under any circumstance.

In Some Cases:
We may ask you to return the damaged product before sending the replacement. If so:

You must send the item back in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.

You are responsible for safe packing to prevent further damage.

Instructions for the return shipment will be provided by our team.

7. Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason. Please be sure of your purchase decision before you confirm your order and complete payment.

8. Shipping Policy
At HO Kutch, we take pride in delivering your exclusive items safely and securely, both within India and internationally.

8.1 Domestic Shipping
Orders within India will be dispatched within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and the quality checks involved, the minimum delivery time for domestic orders is 8 business days from the date of order.

Delays may occur during high-demand periods, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, natural calamities, or courier delays.

8.2 International Shipping
For orders shipped outside India, dispatch will occur within 7-10 business days after payment confirmation.

The minimum delivery time for international orders is 12 business days from the date of order.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Delivery Information
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

HO Kutch will not be responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or refusal to accept the delivery, the reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

10. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details. You can monitor your shipment through the courier partner’s website using the tracking number provided.

11. Delays Beyond Our Control
While we strive to dispatch and deliver your orders within the stated timelines, some delays may be unavoidable. HO Kutch is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities, weather conditions, strikes, or any events beyond our reasonable control.

12. Limitation of Liability
HO Kutch’s liability for any claim related to your order is strictly limited to the replacement of the damaged product, as per the terms stated above. Under no circumstances will HO Kutch be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
