Because our products are limited in quantity, custom-made, and created using traditional techniques, we do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances, except for rare instances where a product arrives damaged. 2. Limited Edition & Handmade Nature
All our products are handcrafted and made in limited batches. Due to this, minor variations in color, texture, or design are inherent and are not considered defects. These variations are a testament to the artisan’s touch and the handmade nature of your purchase.

By purchasing from HO Kutch, you acknowledge that you are buying unique items that may have slight differences from product images displayed on our Website.

3. No Refund & Return Policy
No Refunds:
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason once an order has been placed and payment has been processed. We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully, read all product descriptions, check dimensions, colors, materials, and any special care instructions before placing an order.

No Returns:
Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase decision before completing your transaction.

4. Damaged or Defective Products
We do our utmost to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. Each item is thoroughly checked and securely packaged before dispatch. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances during transit can sometimes cause damage.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, you may be eligible for a replacement, subject to the following conditions:

Damage Eligibility:

  • Only items that are damaged in transit are eligible for replacement.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or design will not be considered damage or defect.

 

Notification Window:

  • You must notify us of any damage within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

 

Proof of Damage:

  • You must provide clear photographs or video evidence of the damaged product and the external packaging to help us assess the damage.
  • Please send this information to connect@hokutch.com with your order number in the subject line.

 

5. Replacement Process
Once we receive your damage claim, our team will review the evidence and determine whether you are eligible for a replacement. If your claim is approved:

We will arrange for a replacement of the same product, if available in stock.

If the same product is no longer available due to its limited nature, we may offer you an alternative product of equal value.

No monetary refund will be issued under any circumstance.

6. Packaging for Replacement
In some cases, we may require you to return the damaged product to us before we can send a replacement. If so:

The item must be returned in its original packaging along with all tags, labels, and accessories.

You are responsible for securely repackaging the product to prevent further damage.

We will provide instructions for the return shipping, including any courier details if required.

7. Non-Eligible Situations
The following scenarios are not eligible for replacements:

Damage reported after 48 hours of delivery.

Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow care instructions.

Slight color or design variations that occur due to the handmade process.

Products purchased on sale or with promotional discounts (unless damaged in transit).

8. Order Cancellations
Due to the nature of our business and the limited stock availability, we do not accept order cancellations once an order has been confirmed and payment has been processed. Please double-check your order details and shipping address before making your purchase.

9. Shipping Policy
We ship all our products with trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

In case your order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or failure to accept the delivery, the shipping charges for resending the item will be borne by you.
